Refunds, Returns & Prize Policy

All Loving Bingo ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for ticket purchases unless an event is canceled by us and not rescheduled.

If you are unable to attend, you may give your ticket to a friend or family member. We do not check the name of the ticket purchaser at entry. However, each ticket voucher may only be scanned and redeemed one time, and all bingo players must present valid identification showing they are 18 years of age or older.

Tickets are valid only for the specific event date purchased. A ticket purchased for one Loving Bingo night may not be used for a different date unless approved by us in writing.

Food and beverages are sold separately by the venue and are not included with your Loving Bingo ticket unless specifically stated.

Ticket Use, Late Arrival & Group Tickets

Lost or forgotten voucher

No problem. If you arrive at the door without your QR voucher, our team can look up your order by the name and email used at checkout. Please bring a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the order so we can verify the ticket and let you in.

Late arrival

If you arrive after the first game has started, your ticket is still valid. We will do everything we reasonably can to seat your group together, but seating for late arrivals is not guaranteed and may be split across the room depending on what is open.

Group tickets

If you purchase multiple tickets for a group, any of those tickets may be given to a friend or family member who is attending in place of someone who can no longer make it. The same rules apply to every voucher: each one may be scanned and redeemed only one time, and every guest must be 18 or older with valid ID at the door.

Tax Responsibility on Cash Prize Winnings

Cash prize winnings may be subject to federal income tax reporting requirements. For total cash winnings of $600 or more in a calendar year, Loving Bingo (Children’s Giving Foundation) will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner and to the IRS, in line with U.S. Internal Revenue Service rules.

To process payouts that meet or exceed the federal reporting threshold, we may request the winner’s full legal name, mailing address, and Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number at the time of payout. Winners are responsible for any income taxes owed on prize winnings. Loving Bingo and Children’s Giving Foundation do not provide tax advice — please consult a qualified tax professional with any questions about your personal tax situation.

Merchandise Returns

We may sell Loving Bingo shirts, mugs, hats, and other promotional merchandise.

All merchandise sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be considered for replacement or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged after delivery, used items, worn items, custom items, or buyer’s remorse.

Weather & Force Majeure

Loving Bingo events are held in Boca Raton, Florida. We may postpone, reschedule, or cancel an event due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including hurricanes, tropical storms, severe weather, public health emergencies, government orders, venue closures, power outages, or other force majeure events.

In the event of a weather-related or force majeure cancellation, we will notify ticket holders by email and offer either a refund or a credit toward a future Loving Bingo event at our discretion. We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation costs, parking, or any other expenses incurred related to a canceled event.

Age Verification & Right of Entry

Loving Bingo is an 18+ event. Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. If a ticket holder cannot verify they are 18 or older, entry will be denied and no refund will be issued.

Tickets are a revocable license. We reserve the right to refuse entry, remove guests, or terminate participation for behavior that disrupts other guests, the host, the venue, or the event — including intoxication, harassment, or violation of venue rules. No refund is issued in these cases.
