Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying HELP will return contact information. Opting out of marketing SMS does not stop transactional SMS related to a ticket purchase.

Event Photos and Videos

Loving Bingo events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, social media, website, advertising, recap, public relations, sponsor, and archival purposes.

By attending a Loving Bingo event, you understand that your image, likeness, voice, appearance, or participation may appear in photos, videos, audio recordings, social media posts, website content, advertisements, printed materials, press materials, or other marketing content related to Loving Bingo, Children’s Giving Foundation, BocaRaton.com, event sponsors, or affiliated event promotions.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in wide-angle crowd shots, background footage, livestreams, or general event coverage.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including ticketing, event administration, customer service, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and business records.
